Bugfix release

This release fixes bugs and adds residual neural network code which should sometimes give slightly better results in optimization of machine learning models.

(NOTE: you need old Interaxon Muse EEG device and muse-io.exe to use the software)

v0.51alpha release

Neuromancer v0.51 alpha now again compiles and runs on Windows 10. Experimental Emotiv Insight EEG device code is now enabled.

Currently only Interaxon Muse EEG device is supported through old muse-io.exe command line program.

Zip file contains experimental version software for windows.
